Ambit Energy - Ambit Overcharging
I contacted Ambit about my bill several times in 2015 and was told there was nothing that could be done and that I was on a variable rate.
I never received any notification that my guaranteed savings was going to change. I was a consultant and still received no notification that anything was going to change for my customers. I was trying to build my Ambit business but with the publicity in New York State that Ambit rips off people and consultants such as myself. I could no longer be affliated with Ambit Energy. I run other businesses and
didn't want to jeopardize my reputation. I know I had a few customers who faxed in to change from Ambit and don't believe they received notice that Ambit was going to be stopped and National Grid taken over there account. I have to file a complaint with the NYS Public Service Bureau for the approximately $800. that I was ripped off by Ambit Energy.
