Ambit Energy - Electronic fee charged twice

I made just one payment for a month of October which includes electronic payment fee which was around 79$ and after few days I was charged 2.50$ extra which was electronic fee and after reviewing my bank statement it showed me that I was charged twice. So I talked to the customer service lady and she told that I did two transactions(payment) which is why I cannot get any refund. That is just another method of ripping customer off. I’m so pissed off with those son of ***
